Wow, I'm just in a different situation-- Lake Superior can be wicked at times and a trolling motor just wouldn't cut it to power through stuff.. and we usually have natural AC! An SJ7.7 has more room and options than a 23, but they're solid sailors..

nice work, i like my san juan 23 too. how did you get the toilet in the back? i would like to be able to use it with out having to take the front berth appart in the morning.

this is a site with lots od info on the san juan 23, looking at them information made me spend more the a few bucks,lol.
