I have a 2006 Hunter 45 CC. I am look for the center leaf to the dinette table.

Would you consider a local carpenter shop or online boat custom table maker? For the latter do an internet search on "boat salon table images" to find custom table makers. I recently did that to source a custom high-low boat table.
