Sailor Tony Bob??????????

Hi folks, a couple of weeks ago someone asked where Sailor Tony Bob, (I know thats not his name, it is a joke between him and me) was. I can't seem to find the post in the archives, wouldn't get newer than July 2008.
DId he show back up?

When searching the archives less is usually more. I tried a couple different keywords but found a reply by using "where Tony" and searching with the "and" option rather than "exact phrase."
