As a female Captain, I feel out os sorts at times, in a predominately Male leisure. However, my first-mate is Charlotte, my handicapped 11y/o daughter. She is mentally retarded about 2 to 3 developmentaly. Are there other parents who sail with their children who can give me hints on comforts and entertainment. I have learned to bring along her bean bag that way she is comfortable wherever she sits.
