Two boats, a 25' MacGregor and my 22' Venture will be sailing to Anacapa Island and Santa Cruze Island next Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (August 14-18)
I will have the new MacGregor burgee flying. If you are interested I will be leaving the Ventura launch ramp at 10AM, Saturday the 16th of August with my 22' Venture and sailing buddy, Steve. We plan on entering the painted cave that afternoon and anchoring at Frys harbor on Saturday night, then sailing to Little Scorpion anchorage the next day. On Monday we will be circumnavigating Anacapa Island beginning with the south side and then along the north side of the Island (watch for the kelp which grows out to as much as 1/4 mile from shore).
