Hi we want to take our Neptune 24 to a very quiet place with clean and protected water. We are considering Port mansfield in the Laguna Madre, Texas.
It drafts 2 feet 8 inches. Could we have some fun as beginning sailers ( not beginning boaters ) sailing in that area before we brave the Gulf which is just 7 miles out the channel in front of PM?
Am open to all advice that you kind sailers may give us.
