Thanks for your reply,Ed
Thanks again,Ed. I slip my boat at Charles Mill Lake near Mansfield. It's a 10 hp limit(except for the big house boats, they can go up to 30hp).I sail on 1300 acres, but only 1/2 of it is sailable at a time,a bridge cuts it in half.I really enjoy the 10hp limit, you have plenty of time to get out of a power boats way,you can anchor with a brick and a clothesline (just kidding, but its real protected).Weekends are a little busy, but most of the traffic stays to one side ,and they follow each other like sheep. On weekdays, it's like you own the lake, usually no more than 5 or 10 boats out on my side of the bridge.I want to rent a vacation house for a week that has a dock,so for a week I can walk out the door and hop on my boat, just like I was rich.
