Thanks for the log of your trip to Passamaquoddy Bay. It was interesting because we lived in St. Andrews for 12 years, on the shore just inside the bar at the entrance to harbour. Did not have a cruising sailboat then, so did not experience the tidal flood like you did. We had some fun in harbour and nearby islands with our son's Mirror dinghy . When we were first there it was common practice to dry the dulse on one half of some little-used paved road .... everybody would drive on the other side to avoid spoiling the dulse.
