There is a chat room there, but I don't know how often it gets used. There is also a chat room on the Sailnet.com site. Some are specific to ODays and other makes. The one at Sailnet is for all sailors. Tom

There are very few sailing web sites with enough raw traffic to populate chat rooms very well, and the ones which exist don't typically have chat rooms. Yahoo is a good bet, but that's the only one I know of offhand. Maybe Sailnet, but I don't think they have them.

Tried e-mail list?
Jeff, I really like this HOW and obviously commend Phil for the great job he is doing here, but for a chat room type communication, I like the Sailnet Hunter e-mail list. It's not quite "live" or "real time", but for me, at least, it's the next best thing.

Go to aol sports , then you will find an active chat, everynite starts at 10:00 pm very active, some times they have a topic , tues are board nite , etc, usuallly a lively crowd of sailors old and new, good luck Mike B
