Sailing Central America

Looking at a little sailing adventure on the west coast of Central America. Planning on about two weeks in March. Area under consideration is between Panama and Guatemala. I have the boat all lined up---just want some info on places to see and what are some of the more interesting/scenic ports to stay along the way, or places to avoid.Thanks Dennis

Seems like an incomplete post as I read it

Dennis, are you asking about where along the coast to visit while land cruising, or perhaps back-packing? Are you hoping to charter? Do you want to hitch-hike on one of the boats commonly found on the S-bound journey to the Canal? Are you hooking up with friends on a boat already underway? Do you consider Mexico part of Central America (which would expand the question immensely)? I - and perhaps others - am just not sure what kind of info you are looking for...Jack

Expanded somewhat on the info I hope to get.Basically, I will be sailing along the west coast from Panama to Guatemala and wanted to know which are the pretty spots to see.
