Has anyone installed a Saildrive into a 26X? Thinking about it,it does not seem to difficult, even though you would have to penetrate the ballast tank. perhaps I am failing to consider something. Yanmar has a raw water cooled model that would eliminate all of the cooling and muffler problems.
