Hi guys, I've spent hours hunting through Volvo's site looking for any documentation on the saildrive and so far no luck. Does anyone know where I can either download or buy it? I have a 110S that needs the seals changed and a new anode for next Spring. I'm doing the oil and seals now and need to look at what parts to order. As I understand it regular engine oil is appropriate.

Any advice? SC

look at marinepartsexpress.com. They have the exploded diagrams with part numbers etc. I've never seen an actual workshop manual for the 110. Let me know if you find one....

Oh definitely on the oil. Apparently one exists but I haven't been able to put my hands on it YET. Right now the prop is being a pill to get off. The 'cone' won't budge. The prop is a right hand so a little different. Any advice? Was thinking of trying some deep creep or similar. I really don't want to pay someone to do something this silly. SC

Oh tried PB Blaster, deep creep a lot of language I won't repeat, slide hammer etc. what worked was a quick propane torch and a dead blow hammer. Usually a BFH wins but I try to make it my last resort. I have a temper and the two generally don't mix well. :). SC
