Don't know how one could be bigger or better than Annapolis in October.

Without a doubt it is the All Sailboat Annapolis Show in October! Awesome attendance by vendors!
Been there done that (Miami).
The accessory vendors did not make nearly as big a showing as they do at the Oakland Strictly Sail show.
But Bob & Jody bought a shit load of pizza's.
This was about 4 years ago. We went to check out the catamarans and they had a good showing.

Hey Rick, living in Chicago a weekend is not going to do it. We're talking three days to see it all. Then there are the boats.
In 2007 I was there on my boat. Anchored in the next creek south, Back Creek , it is an easy walk. But some of my fellow travelers were on the moorings right where the show is in Spa Creek. Well they take up most of those moorings to have room for all the docks that they add. My friends Jeff and Sandy had the last ball left and stayed there for the entire show(pictures).

I am also planing to be there and leave for parts south right after. Ed I was hoping to see you in Morehead but it may be in Maryland. Maybe a lot of Cherubini Hunter owners will be there. I was there in 2010 for one day and had a blast. Sam, I am looking forward to seeing you also. Robert
Count me in and as about 40% of my working life is spent there know the pubs. At least one round on me. Also worth mention the good old boat race usually overlaps the Sat and Sun could have a Cheribini class.
Now THIS sounds like fun! These days I do Annapolis on Sunday. I spend the day before, Saturday at the fall ACCA antique car meet at Hershey Pennsylvania with an old, old friend. His business is 50's Lincoln convertibles so we combine a get-together with his work and reason for being up north from Clearwater. I'm looking forward to October already. Wait, what happened to July?
Thats the spirit!! Im not sure if your talking about bringing boats or not but a cherubini raft up could be a great time. I live on the Severn river and know all the prime spots to moor up for the weekend, I could even "reserve" spots if you let me know ahead of time. And if your not bringing your boats, then I can't let you come visit without taking a sail on the bay so open invites to anybody who comes next year!
