Don't think so
Having grown up in that area and sailed Sacandaga with my own own boat years ago, I don't recall any boat rentals on the lake. Of course the last time I was there was about 25 or 30 years ago. At that time the lake was almost totally encircled with private cabins with very few "marinas". If you find anything I'd love to know for visits to the family.
