I measured my original Neil Pryde jib recently for replacement. I always assumed this was a 100% jib. However, when I measured the luff perpendicular, it was 9 feet. The "J" measurement on my boat is 10 feet, so I think that makes it a 90% jib. Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks Ed. I double checked my measuring technique and numbers and they came out the same. The J dimension is 10 feet and the luff perpendicular on my jib is 9 feet. It makes sense that the LP would be less than the J dimension (according to the diagram). I also checked my Genoa and it measured 14.5 feet (LP). I'm just curious, since I am always trying to find the right sail combinations for the conditions I sail in. I believe the original specs for the boat called for a 100 percent jib and a 150 Genoa.
