I would think you could throw a stone and hit multiple sail lofts in the sailing capital of the middle Atlantic Coast.
I always felt it was possible to get cheaper service for sails by finding the venders that the lofts use to do their maintenance. Word of Mouth.

I’ve had very good experience with Chesapeake Sailmakers in Annapolis. I’ve had them do repairs on my jib and main, and replace the glass on my dodger. All was done over winters and complete by when I needed them in the spring, and the quality was very good. The mainsail repairs were fixes to batten pockets for my in mast furling main. The pockets were repaired previously by a couple other lofts but had always failed again within a couple seasons. The Chesapeake Sailmakers repairs are going strong after 4 seasons.
