Sail Drive Power Head

HI,I own an Ericson 25+ 1980 vintage. I recently had the OMC sail drive engine quit. I added a NIsson 9.8 OB on the back end. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to replce the old Sail Drive power head? I thought of re-building it but I understand the parts are hard to find.

Website is www.outboard-parts.comThey assisted in the rebuilding of the OMC saildrive on an S-2 I worked on. Although they specilize in outboards they were very knowlegdeable about what we needed for our powerhead - they even had the proper carb. Good luck!!
