Sail Cleaner

I used the Sailbrite product and basically wasted my time. Mildew didn't come out as advertised and not that clean either. Can I use bleach, or open to suggestions? Thanks, Chief

Thanks, I guess I am over cautious since its a $1.5k item in otherwise excellent condition. I have used bleach in the past, just want to be sure! Chief

look on the sunbrella site for their suggestions on cleaning ...i am thinking that what they recommend will work well for the sail

Well, I am done. I didn't get all of the mildew but I am not scrubbing anymore! It looks OK and will give it to a loft later in the year as it will probably turn out great since its otherwise in great shape except for the mildew. I did use Oxi and also a solution of Bleach, plus the Sailbrite. They all seemed to work about the same.
