sail chart cockpit stowage

i have a set of don guillette's sail trim charts and am trying to find a handy way to keep them at hand in the cockpit of my catalina 30 without the charts flying aound. any ideas out there?

I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of clear plastic like they use for window replacement. For mine I cut it into two pcs about 18 by 24 inches. I used a scrap of nylon webbing for a hinge and two pcs of velcro for ties. Everything is glued with contact cement.It works great after two seasons. It holds your pages flat, you can view from both sidesand it sheds water. Pretty nice for about $15

chart stowage

? my charts came laminated and waterproof from don. what i'd like to know is where you keep your charts while actually saiing. i have limited stowage or free hands on deck, especially when doing things like winching.
