Can I hear from owners/sailors of the Sabre 30 mk111.

Any comparisons with other 30-31 ft cruiser,racers?

I'm currently sailing an Irwin 31, a great boat with lots of accommodations for cruising. However, she is a shoal draft, 4', that doesn't track too well in heavier seas pointing high.

Is the Sabre a better sailer in most conditions? Specifically the 5'3" draft vs. the 4'6" shoal?

Sabres have a well deserved reputation for being well built and comfortable boats. There is a very active and knowledgeable group of Sabre owners on yahoo.
