I had a very early, hull #2, S2 8.5 that was returned to the Holland plant in late 1982 and exchanged for a new boat. My understanding is that the early boat was repaired and then sold by either S2 directly, or through a broker in that area. Any body know this boat? Always wondered about its fate.
