The traveler on my 1986 28.5 is beginning to show some wear. I have searched and searched but can not find Rutgetson on the market anymore, has anyone replaced their traveler and with what make, did you have to replace the traveler rail also. Thank you. alan

Harken is your answer

Alan: Harken can replace your track without redrilling any holes. Contact them and they will fit the proper setup for your boat. They even custom drill the track so it is the same as you current one (for a slight upcharge). Our new one has 6:1 purchase so you can adjust the boom even with a full load.

Find a deep hole and throw away the old one. REPLACE IT WITH A HARKEN AND BE VERY HAPPY!
