Rustoleum Topside Paint alternate usage?

Has anyone here used topside to paint things other than your boat.

I am doing some steel cancer repair on my 2004 Mercedes Sprinter shop truck. And was wondering how white topside would work as an automotive finish.

This is a daily use work truck with almost 300,000 miles on it. The original white pain on the sections I am not fixing is already really poor. Not worth paying for a professional spray job, but I am hoping it would look OK.

Google painting a car with Rustoleum. There a lot people who have done this with regular Rustoleum.

It should be fine. You will need to thin it for spraying. Check YouTube. I bet there is a video. Topside paint is often 1 part epoxy. That will make a fine auto paint.

I was also going to say check YouTube. Bunch of videos about painting cars with it. Most came out real nice as far as you can see in a video.
