Does any one know how to remove rust stains from dacron sail cloth. I have a few small stains that are the result of rubbing on a piece of hardware that was not stainless..
Use a product like LSR it will not damage the sail and disolves the Iron stain. You can pick up the product in the grocery store with laundry products. Be sure to rinse it out well.
Another great product is Magica, produced by the same folks who own and operate Florida Yacht Charters & Sales - Miami. You can get it on QVC and it's starting to be carried in some of the major retailers such as K-Mart and Wal-Mart. Works great!
