the iron keel on my 1975 p26w has several small pit marks after hauling out for the season in Oct. What I usually do is sand the pit marks and treat them with pettitsilver rust inhibitor than cover the areas with ablative bottom paint. In the spring there are no pit marks and after a light sanding I paint the entire bottom with ablative paint. But the pit marks always are back in the fall though not to badAn hour or so sanding takes care of it. Recently Ive heard of a couple of new productsone is called Osphro the other is called Por 15 These products are supposed to zaprust for good. Anyone had any experience with these products: Any opinions if theyare better than the pettit stuff ive been using. And if so where can they be purchased Any feedback would be appreciated.Bob Fox 1975 p26w #74 whitecap Marblehead MA
