Hello, I wouild like to know if there is a good way to drill a hole into the mast and be able to get a wire down the internal conduit so that I don't have to run a wire on the outside of the mast. Any help greatly appreciated!! Tim Pinkham ~La Juin~ B310 PS Thanks Mario for the advice regarding my prop nut.

Add weight

Drilling the hole is the least of your problems. Once the hole is drilled, tape tough, but light string (sail twine or fishing line works well), to a weight and tape that to the end of the wire. Fit the weight through the hole and feed it down. If the other wires get in its way, jerk it back and forth to attemp to go through or around the blockage. With enough time and patience, you will see the weight. Pull the wire through the mast. When taping the wire to the string, make sure that the tape tapers beyond the end of the wire to the string to prevent hang-ups. Jim
