How can you attach coax to the inside of the mast? There seems to be a t-rail inside. Does someone make a bracket that works off of the t-rail?

Mast wiring

I installed a wiring tube in my mast a few years ago. I bought thin wall conduit or plastic water pipe. I cut an opening lengthwise on a radial arm saw. It was messy with fine plastic everywhere. Be careful and have a friend help guide the tubing. With the cut in the tubing it was easy to slide it onto the "T" cast in the mast. I ran three sets of wires inside mine, including the VHF coax. When you connect the tubing together to make up the length you need, use a plastic coupling that has been cut to remove about 1/3 the cross sectional area. This way the coupling will not interfere with sliding the tubing on the "T". Solvent weld the tubing to the coupling in case you want to pull the whole thing out at a later date. This works great and no more wiring slap inside the mast.
