I have a Atomic four that is running hot(no H20 though the exhaust). I have replaced the impeller and removed the thermostat and still no H20 passing though. Any advice? I have H20 to the out side of the pump and to the tee going into block.

Start at the raw water inlet.

Ron: Start at the raw water inlet and check everything. You can also turn off your seacock and use a hose the force fresh water through the engine and see if that works. If you have a soft hose on the suction side of the pump, they can sometimes collapse when you are trying to suck raw water up to the pump. If you have a raw water strainer, it can have something in it. You may also have something growing over the thru hull too.

Look for blockage

I had the same problem last year once and found that It had sucked a piece of grass into the elbow on suction side of pump. ckeck all lines and fittings from the thru hull to suction side of pump. Also ckeck thru hull to make sure its clear. Then its a good idea to install a strainer at thru hull to make sure nothing gets into piping system.
