Well, I hired a person most of last summer scraping/sanding off the old
paint and using west epoxy and filler to patch holes. I also dig out
all the water saturated foam in the area in front of the rudder. A
month ago I took the boat to the marine paint shop and just got it
back. I used Interlux 2-part linear polyurethane. It is beautiful but
cost $7,300.00.
Now I am putting the boat back together. When I removed the rudder I
had to cut off the bronze fitting at the rudder head. Anybody have any
ideas on where I could get a new one?
