Grounded my 26 and the rudder snapped during ungrounding, any suggestions on finding a new or used at a reasonable price?

It might be worth giving the guys at Ruddercraft a call. They probably don't have one in stock, but they are really good people to work with - they might be able to fabricate one for you to fit exactly, and perhaps in a cost-effective way.
I bought one for a Catalina 250 I had and their customer care was outstanding.
