Has anyone ever been able to stop the rudder stuffing box from leaking?. Any idea what size flax?..Its a real bear to get to it, but can't bring my self to let her go down. The prop shaft is a peach compare to this... anyone got any ideas?
I also asked the question on my 1981 H33 Rudder stuffing box. Didn't ask the size of the flax, but posted a picture of the nuts. Several folks have had problems getting them off.
