Rudder not responsive to wheel movement at low spe

When I turn the mounted steering wheel, the rudder doesn't turn quickly or in a equal symmetrical extent from port to starboard.

Adjust at the Quadrant on top of the Rudder

If there is free play in the system it you can adjust / tighten it at the top of the rudder shaft. Likely you have to remove a panel on the ceiling of the aft cabin (I did on my h34) At the end of the cables are two nuts you can tighten to remove free play.Barry

Easy Adjustment

On the 336 just pick up the removeable floor piece aft of the pedestal and the big wheel has two adjustment cables with nuts on them to tighten. Manual says you should not be able to get wheel movement when turned while someone is holding the quadrent wheel.
