Jeff Davis item on his h240 rudder line leads me to ask a similar question. My line is tied outside the gudgeon. Every time I lower or raise the rudder, I have togo down the ladder and change the line. The rudder does not have the opening from the outside edge of the rudder to the hole going from side to side. All of the other 23.5's and 240's I have looked at have the rudder line running up through the steel. I am obviously missing something or perhaps I am supposed to go down the ladder each time to change the line from one tie off to another in order to raise the rudder (don't think so!) Anyone with a 23.5 out there who can help me? John Powell
