I have had my Capri apart for a few seasons and ready to resurrect this season. The aluminum mount on the rudder has a spring loaded pin at the bottm and nothing at the top. When I push the pin up into the sleeve, the new end barely protrudes past the sleeve and seems to have a small needle like end atop a shoulder. What am I missing?
