I'm finding that my rudder does not go all the way down.The manual shows the rudder straight up and down when it's in the down position. Ours is sitting somewhere between the shallow water position and the down position. It almost looks like the roller pin for the haul rope is to low and the rudder is hitting the pin, stopping it from going any further. I've checked for any other obstructions or pins to remove but can't see anything,there's also nothing blocking it in the tiller post. Has anyone had this problem,or suggestions before I drill new holes for the roller pin.
