The rudder on my 1986 Oday 192 get stuck every time you use it. The line that runs up the backside of it rolls off to either side and gets good and stuck under the metal part that connects the upper and lower parts of the rudder. I can't figure out how to fix it. This appears to be a design flaw so I'm assuming others have struggled as I have. Please help!!! Thanks.
