Rudder for O'Day 25

Does anyone know where I can find a rudder for a 1978 O'day 25? I am thinking of buying a sadly neglected boat that is basically ok, but is has no rudder or tiller. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Bob,when Don said homebuilt, it sounded cheap. Look at the archives. It is a first class rudder. My guess, it is a bit heavier but probably twice as strong.r.w.landau

I have a spare rudder

I have a spare rudder for a 78' O'Day 25. It is partially delaminated along the trailing edge, but with West System Epoxy and some clamping it could be in great shape. I repainted my boat with LPU and don't need the spare rudder (without tiller or rudder cheeks) anymore so if you are interested give me a response. captainbob658@aol.com
