Rudder Bearings
Allen, West Systems tells how to do this in one of their manuals. You drop rudder, wax the rudder shaft a few times then slather graphite fortified epoxy at the worn upper and lower ends of the rudder tube insert shaft and let the epoxy kick. The wax on shaft keeps it from sticking to the shaft. I have a Capri 25 that has the same problem. I'm also in the process of repairing a loose keel.
