Hello I have a 1989 model First 285 with tiller steering and I am looking for top and bottom bearings and seal for the rudder shaft. I do have a large amount of play in the bearings at the moment. The dealers I have approached so far have not been of any help. Perhaps some one knows of a spare parts supplier/dealer who is sympathetic to the owners of older models Beneteau’s. I think by looking at the drawing i have attatched the parts will be 6 top bearing 9 bottom bearing 10 spacer thrust washer, 8 shaft seal. But i dont have part Nos other than on the sketch.
