I replaced the rudder bearing last year and it looks like I'll have to do the same this year. Has anyone had the same issue and would you recommend a specific manufacturer? Any advice/thoughts appreciated.

Welcome. Not many on here with Beneteau 57s.
Who replaced it last time? Was there a warranty on the bearing? I think there must be something seriously wrong, I would think a rudder bearing should last 20 years! But, what do I know? Could be a design issue, defective bearing, incorrect installation.
