We have a h23 with the standard 5 hp two stroke motor and we are planning a trip to the San Juan Islands in Washington state and we have heard that at times you have to motor some. Has anyone ever put a peice of rubber either between the motor mount and the boat or between the motor and the mounting bracket? I was thinking about it and was wondering if this would cut down on the vibration in the rest of the boat. Am I just nuts in thinking about this? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
