Rubber Grommets for cockpit hatches

The rubber grommet stoppers for my cockpit hatches need replaced. The ones with a screw in the middle. Where can I find replacements? My local Ace was no help.

Bought mine at a hardware store. I'mm going to drill the holes a little bigger and use a machine screw, washers and a locknut.
