My 39 year old hunter 31, circa 1987. Has begun to know I think minor leaks from under the rub rail, stanchions or chin plates. I have caulked the rub rail to the deck and something more permanent seems to have worked for the past couple of years however I’m looking for something more permanent that I’m not having to remove the existing constantly and replace it with something more permanent stanchions, and the chain plates all have beuytl tape underneath. I have recently replaced all of the interior round stained wood with a shade of maple and white wash. I don’t wanna see this material get damaged any ideas? Other than that? I should’ve got the leak fixed before I started the woodwork, but I started this project four years ago and it wasn’t leaking like it is now any help greatly appreciated,
