I have a 2011 Hunter 50 AC. Next to one of the cleats on the port side, it appears the rub rail may have come lose? The reason I think this is that when up against the piling (with a bumper of course) as the boat gets pushed against the piling it makes a creaking noise as if maybe the screws (bolts? ) under the stainless insert may be lose? I am not sure how the rub rail is attached so only guess there are screws once I takeoff the stainless insert? Am I correct ? If so is there anything I need to know prior to tackling this job?
