PO installed RTEC Head Treatment System dispensers in head water supply lines.Seemed to be a good idea for automatic dispensing of head treatment/deoderant. Worked well for several years. Was able to find replacement dispensers at WM and others until this year. Internet search yields nothing useful. Any leads where one might find replacement dispensers? Jeff C30 MKIII 6431 TRBS

Found it immediately just by Googling

RTEC marine products. Inline deodorizers aren't that good an idea. Some of 'em contain chemicals that are damaging to rubber and/or can negatively react with other chemical holding tank products. They're also a VERY expensive solution to odor caused by stagnant sea water water in the intake ...a problem that can be solved on most boats permanently for less than $10 worth parts and hose.

Thanks Peggie, That web site is the one I found also. All they sell is the complete installation kit ("t" connectors, clamps etc) for $11. Last time I bought the replacement cartrdges they were only a few bucks. Have some doubt that they are still in business. Local retailers that had carried them don't and using the "Contact Us" link on their page yields nothing. Guess I'll be doing some boat plumbing this weekend. tnx, Jeff http://home.teleport.com/~salmo/DejaVu/
