roller stay furling system

First let me say thanks for the info on my previous questions.. I just replaced all of my standing rigging . But when I placed the jib sail on the head stay and then tryed to furl it only the bottom of the jib would turn. I have some of the info on the system , but not all unfortunatly. Is this co still in buisness? The furling system worksd fine before I removed It. Novice

If it's new you may have a luxury many of us don't: the manual. When in doubt, read the directions. Or, call the maker's technical assistance line.If you're docked/moored in the company of other sailors, try getting some help from your friends. We've all been stuck on some part of these contraptions at least once before. As my friend told me yesterday (identifying the sail feed hardware to MY jib furler), it's a puzzle!
