Can anyone help my Harken
Mark 1 has a damaged foil. Need replacement.

You usually replace just a section.
Do you have a picture of the damage? You will find it easiest to replace a damaged section with the furler foil off the boat and on the hard.

Reading the installation manual may help you decide if it's a job you want to tackle yourself, or choose to hire a professional rigger.
Finally, you should be able to order replacement foil sections from any dealer or directly from Harken. Even though it's a 90's vid, there is Harken contact info near the end of it.
