On my 25.5 the line to roll in the Furler is set up in a most uncomfortable way. It comes down the port gunwale, through three blocks, the last one having the jaws to hold the line. But to get the jaws to grip or to release the line I have to get over the cockpit ledge, most times having to let go of the tiller while struggling with it. Is there a better way to run the line, so I can do these manouvers with less stress and not having to let go of the tiller. Please keep in mind, I'm a novice at this and maybe my terminology is possible incorrect.
