Roller furler line dimensions?

I have a CDI furler on my h260 bit I don't know which one as it came with the boat. Can anyone tell me the length and size of the line for rolling the sail up? Mine looks like it is on its last leg. Thanks!

3/16 line will work but no larger than 1/4. Suggest measuring from the furler to where line is secured in the cockpit area and add 10-12 feet extra.

Just changed out my furling line - I went with 1/4" sta-set instead of 3/16" - makes it much easier to furl. Dave's suggestion of adding 10-12 feet to the length from the drum to the cleat was spot on for me on my 240
