Re anchor roller on a 260. I have researched the archives re this problem. Mine is 12" long and sticks out approx 7" beyong the bow. I do not know if this was a after market or original Hunter install. Of course it is too close too keep the aanchor from banging against my bow lowering or raising. I am researching to obtain and install a longer one. Does anyone know if the embedded plate (steele or aluminum) extends inward to the anchor door opening? Or does it end where the two screws are?

We installed a Windline BRM-2 with a 14lb Delta. The roller bracket fit the groove side to side. I hit the plate with the aft bolt holes. Outboard is 5” and inboard is 2.5” from the lip of the anchor well. How close to the end? I don’t know, but drilling on a educated wait and see basis was interesting!
